Description
Healthy18 is building India’s leading e-commerce distribution and fulfillment network, enabling brands to achieve Pan-India 1-Day Delivery without multiple GST registrations. As the Head of Operations, you will lead our nationwide distribution backbone, ensuring operational excellence across warehousing, logistics, and partner ecosystems.
Key Job Responsibilities
Own the product vision and roadmap for Healthy18’s Operations platform: WMS, procurement planner, marketplace integrations, and control tower dashboards.
Deeply understand the needs of brands, internal Operations teams, and marketplace partners to define clear problem statements and success metrics.
Translate business and operational challenges (SLAs, fill rate, delivery speed, CX) into structured product requirements and PRDs.
Partner with Engineering and Data to design and launch products that automate procurement, warehousing, and logistics workflows.
Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance with GST, taxation, and state-level distribution regulations where productized.
Drive adoption and change management for new tools across internal teams and external partners; measure impact rigorously.
Build strong relationships with 3PLs, vendors, and e-commerce platforms to inform roadmap and unlock new capabilities.

The Healthy18 Operations \& Platforms team sits where supply chain, e-commerce, and technology converge. We work closely with Category, Finance, Tech, and Operations to design systems that enable Pan-India 1-Day Delivery and predictable growth for brands. Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B, platforms, or operations-tech products.
Proven track record of taking products from concept to launch and scaling adoption.
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, fulfillment, or quick commerce dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to work with Engineering and Data teams on complex, platform-oriented roadmaps.
Highly data-driven with experience defining and tracking product success metrics.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
Experience in FMCG / e-commerce distribution or supply chain products at scale.
Prior ownership of products in domains such as WMS, OMS, TMS, inventory planning, or marketplace integrations.
Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and working directly with senior stakeholders and external partners.
