The Role
Weâre looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our team full-time, working on-site with a key client in Auckland. This role may also require travel to other sites.
Your primary responsibility is to uphold exceptional service and system support standards for our client, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations through responsive, proactive, and reliable IT support.
In this role, youâll:
Provide prompt and professional IT support to users via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, hardware, software, and network issues
Monitor, manage, and update assigned tickets to ensure timely resolution within SLA
Maintain accurate documentation, time entries, and communication logs
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required
Contribute to process improvements, knowledge sharing, and team collaboration
About You
Youâll thrive in this role if you:
Bring up to 2 yearsâ experience in IT support or a related technical field
Are confident troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Have strong communication and customer service skills, with a calm and professional approach
Are proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Hold or are pursuing industry certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, or similar - highly regarded)
Have a passion for learning, collaboration, and delivering excellent service
