Provide prompt and professional IT support to users via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions

Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, hardware, software, and network issues

Monitor, manage, and update assigned tickets to ensure timely resolution within SLA

Maintain accurate documentation, time entries, and communication logs

Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required

Contribute to process improvements, knowledge sharing, and team collaboration

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Bring up to 2 years’ experience in IT support or a related technical field

Are confident troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

Have strong communication and customer service skills, with a calm and professional approach

Are proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Hold or are pursuing industry certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, or similar - highly regarded)

Have a passion for learning, collaboration, and delivering excellent service

What We Offer

Competitive salary: we recognise and reward your skills and initiative

Supportive, down-to-earth culture: collaboration and respect are at the core of our team

Birthday leave: celebrate your day, on us

Wellbeing leave: two additional days to recharge each year

Career pathways: opportunities to grow into senior support, projects, or leadership roles

Why Join efex?

This is more than a support role, it’s a chance to build trusted relationships, gain hands-on experience across multiple technologies, and grow with one of Australia’s fastest-growing MSPs. You’ll learn fast, be supported daily, and have genuine opportunities to shape your career.
