Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the Data \& AI Solutions Delivery Manager for our Data, AI \& Power Platform (DAIP) practice. This role blends strategic leadership, team management, and hands-on solution delivery—ensuring the growth, innovation, and operational excellence of the DAIP team while driving successful client outcomes.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a nationally recognized practice at a 9-time Microsoft Partner of the Year. This position is remote and can be located anywhere in the continental US.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Vice President of Technical Services you will provide:

Practice Leadership \& Team Management

Provide day-to-day tactical direction and strategic leadership for the DAIP team.

Lead weekly team meetings, manage team capacity, and prioritize assignments.

Mentor and develop team members, create growth plans, and support certifications.

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.

Prepare and present practice performance summaries, achievements, and improvement opportunities.

Represent the DAIP team in company-wide meetings and cross-functional initiatives.

Stay current with advancements in AI, automation, and Microsoft technologies; drive adoption of best practices.

Solution Ownership \& Program Management

Lead requirements gathering, process design, and solution architecture for client engagements.

Translate business needs into actionable technical features and end-to-end solutions.

Oversee sprint planning, backlog management, and execution monitoring using Azure DevOps.

Coordinate technical delivery across internal and external teams, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Track and report on project progress, risks, and RAID logs; manage testing cycles (system/UAT).

Facilitate sprint demos, lessons learned, and internal planning sessions.

Support presales efforts, including SOW creation, demo development, and client engagement.

Assist in planning and executing AI Spark sessions, workshops, and thought leadership activities.

Skills \& Competencies:

10+ years of successfully leading technical teams in delivering complex custom development solutions to clients. Previous consulting experience required.

This experience includes:

Proven experience in solution ownership, program management, and consulting roles.

Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable plans.

Empathy, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset.

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps preferred - Version Control, Sprint/Backlog/Task Management, CI/CD experience a plus).

Strong business acumen and ability to align technical solutions with client needs and business objectives.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform (including Copilot Studio and Dataverse), Azure AI services, and related technologies.

o Experience with SQL Server, Azure Data services, and development languages (C#, Python, etc.) is a plus.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and dynamic environments.

Passion for mentoring, team development, and driving practice growth.

Achieving high customer satisfaction scores.

Hands-on experience architecting and developing custom technical solutions using Agile methodologies.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.

Education \& Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Relevant certifications are a plus and incentivized as achieved. Relevant certifications include:

o Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)

o Azure Data Scientist Associate (DP-100)

o Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203)

o Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)

o Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600)

o Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)

o Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)

o Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)

o Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)

Compensation: $160,000 base + Ramp milestones below + Participation in Leadership Incentive Program with a 20% POB target.

Ramp Milestones:

$2,500 - Solo ownership and execution of the following calls:

o Monday’s weekly team sprint planning session

o Daily team scrum sessions

o Team 1:1 mentorship calls \& development of growth plans for each team member

o Tuesday’s weekly team-building call

$2,500 - Re-establish “passing” scores of 70/100 for each of the three relevant Partner Solutions (as measured in Partner Center):

o Business Applications

o Data \& AI

o Digital \& App Innovation

This can be accomplished through team member or individual skilling certifications.
