Responsibilities:
Full-Stack Development
Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs.
Database Management \& Optimization
Design, implement, and optimize SQL Server databases.
Write and maintain stored procedures to support complex business logic.
Ensure secure, efficient, and reliable data handling.
Deployment \& Hosting
Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot applications hosted on IIS.
Monitor and optimize application performance in production environments.
Collaboration \& Continuous Learning
Work closely with product managers, designers, and development teams to deliver features on time.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Problem Solving \& Support
Diagnose and resolve technical issues across front-end and back-end components.
Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.
Work across both back-end (APIs, databases) and front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) technologies to deliver integrated solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience (or a strong desire to learn) with ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET Core, and Web API development.
Strong understanding of SQL Server, including experience with stored procedures and database optimization.
Experience with IIS for deploying and maintaining .NET applications.
Ability to work across the full development stack—back-end and front-end.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
