We are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Manager to drive sales and partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have experience in institutional sales, strong networking abilities, and a passion for the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert them into partnerships with schools, colleges, and training institutes.
Pitch education programs, mentorship workshops, and other offerings to decision-makers.
Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Conduct presentations, demos, and webinars for institutions.
Build strong relationships with principals, management, and key decision-makers.
Provide feedback from the market to the product and strategy team.
Maintain sales reports and track progress against goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Education or related field.
2-5 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in education/edtech is a plus).
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage client relationships and close institutional deals.
Based in Rajasthan with good knowledge of the local education ecosystem.
Willingness to travel within the region.
Compensation: Fixed salary + attractive incentives based on performance.
