As part of Digital Solution Immobilien (DSO IMS), you will help shape the digital future of SBB Real Estate with innovative and modern IT solutions. Our compact organizational structure allows us to act quickly, with a high degree of personal responsibility and freedom. Within our Agile Release Train (ART), eight small agile teams consisting of IT and business specialists work on SAP and non-SAP solutions.
We are temporarily looking for an Application Operation Manager for the teams ImmoServe and ImmoConnect to technically support various SAP and non-SAP products.
Be part of our team and shape the digital transformation in the real estate environment of SBB.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring and ensuring the smooth operation of applications (Kafka, Splunk, API Management, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Azure, SharePoint)
Playing an active role in the support process
Coordinating and supervising activities related to availability, recoverability, and performance of applications
Supporting in testing, documentation, and troubleshooting
Analyzing application-related malfunctions and errors
Acting as a coordination link between application users and IT departments
Collaborating with Product Architecture, Product Owner, and external suppliers
What we are looking for:
Experience in technical documentation
Experience in 2nd/3rd level support
Knowledge in license \& permission management
Proactivity and strong communication skills
Experience in agile working methods
