We are looking for a top-tier Full-Stack Engineer who lives at the bleeding edge of the AI revolution.

This isn't a "maintain the legacy code" role. You will be the technical linchpin across our entire portfolio, designing the shared AI infrastructure that powers multi-million dollar credit decisions, automates complex workflows, and changes lives through Tekva.

What We’re Looking For

Core Engineering Experience

6+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Strong full-stack background with modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

Proven experience shipping and maintaining production systems.

Comfortable working across multiple products and codebases.

You’ve shipped and owned production systems end-to-end.

Backend

Node.js experience (NestJS or similar strongly preferred).

API design and integration (REST, GraphQL).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).

Familiarity with serverless and event-driven architectures.

Integrations: Google APIs/Workspace, payments, file storage (S3 or equivalent).

Frontend

Strong experience with React or equivalent frameworks.

Ability to build production-grade UI with strong UX and performance considerations.

Can translate messy real-world processes into simple screens.

AI \& Modern Tooling

Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into applications.

Understanding of AI concepts such as embeddings, retrieval, prompt design, and evaluation. Experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of day-to-day engineering.

Practical mindset around reliability, cost control, and safety in AI systems.

Data \& Infrastructure

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment workflows.

Familiarity with observability tools (logs, metrics, tracing, error monitoring).

Nice to Have

Experience building RAG-based systems or agent-driven workflows.

Exposure to regulated or data-sensitive environments.

Infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform or similar).

Interest in the future of AI-native software products.
