What you’ll do:

As a Product Development Engineer, you will support the creation of innovative and reliable solutions for our consumers, contributing to technical development, supplier alignment, and cross‑functional collaboration. If you are a proactive communicator who learns quickly, solves problems with analytical thinking, and works smoothly with diverse teams, this is your chance! In detail, you will:

Support technical development activities for Small Domestic Appliances, contributing to product specifications, performance evaluations, and testing.

Assist in coordinating project activities, helping prioritize tasks and keeping deliverables aligned with timelines.

Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (Quality, Product, Engineering), applying clear communication and influencing through data and structured analysis.

Maintain technical interaction with international suppliers, providing clear feedback and supporting alignment on quality and performance.

Help prepare documentation for certification processes, instruction manuals, and technical reports.

Contribute to problem‑solving discussions, bringing analytical thinking and openness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance product performance and processes.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EAI – Electrolux Always Improve).

Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Experience in product development, testing, or technical analysis, with basic knowledge of development processes, supplier interaction, or product certification

Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously, organizing priorities and tracking activities with guidance.

Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint);

Knowledge of Agile/Lean methodologies and of tools such as FMEA, DFMA;

Intermediate to advanced English for meetings and presentations (willingness to grow is essential); Spanish is a plus.

Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams and applying technical reasoning to support decisions.

Where you’ll be:

You will be based at the Guabirotuba plant in Curitiba. One of the focal points for all Latin American Electrolux operations, this plant is the base for over 3200 collaborators, all focused on transforming the way the world lives by shaping lives for the better with their work.
