Minimum Qualifications:

Job Summary:
The Application Developer will work alongside other key members of the Information Systems department to provide support through the design, development, implementation and maintenance of ERI’s proprietary system TrackTech, websites and other ERI Databases. The Application Developer will develop and maintain the company-wide intranet, allowing data manipulation for personnel, including production data in real-time reporting.
In addition, the Application Developer will develop and maintain external Web portals allowing users to input and retrieve accurate information including ERI’s proprietary My TrackTech system.
Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:

•Assist in maintaining ERI applications and systems including TrackTech and My TrackTech.
•Assist in maintaining ERI databases.
•Assist in performing routine preventive maintenance on hardware and software.
•Assist in Analyzing technology requirements and develops functional specifications.
•Assists staff in understanding and using software tech;
•Learn and uphold technology policies, standards and procedures manual.
•Responsible for troubleshooting all issues related to any corporate applications.
•Assist in achieving annual technology goals set forth by IS Manager and Chief Technology Officer.
•Helps ensures for the availability, continuity and security of data and information pertaining to ERI.
•Work with Manager of IS to plan new applications, code updates and enhancements.
•Create and modify Crystal Reports to meet the ever-changing needs of ERI.
•Write, test and deploy application updates and patches.
•Meet with personnel to define requirements for updates or patches.
•Remain current on latest technologies seeking integration into ERI’s current and future software.
•Provide support to both technical and non-technical staff relating to a program, database or other IT issues when additional help is required.
•Report any ideas for efficiency and continuous improvement to Supervisors.
•Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations and standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $122,573.13 per year
