What you'll do:
Assist customers, field engineers, and distributors with basic technical support.
Help ensure service quality and customer satisfaction by following Elekta’s procedures and guidelines.
Support software systems used in oncology, including OIS and TPS.
Participate in system upgrades and updates under supervision.
Complete product training and stay informed on new software versions.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, Webex, or IntelliMax.
Keep service records updated in CLM within 2 business days.
Apply safety protocols, including proper use of PPE.
Collaborate with team members to resolve low-complexity issues.
Help plan and execute software updates (FCOs) when available.
