About the Role
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage our brandās online presence, lead digital marketing initiatives, and collaborate closely with internal teams to strengthen brand visibility across all digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing effective social media strategies, managing paid campaigns, and ensuring that all marketing communications align with the organizationās goals and identity.
Key Objectives
Coordinate with vendors for ID cards, visiting cards, and catalogues.
Collaborate with designers for marketing and branding collaterals.
Prepare impactful PowerPoint presentations for the CEO and senior leadership.
Work with the marketing team to build and maintain a strong brand presence online.
Plan, develop, and implement social media strategies to support business objectives.
Manage paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Support additional marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, PR activities, and customer engagement.
Serve as the primary contact for customer concerns and media inquiries related to the organizationās product lines.
Core Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain the organizationās social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency and tone.
Create original, engaging, and targeted content to increase reach and engagement.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand audience engagement and brand recognition.
Plan and manage live events, webinars, and online campaigns to boost visibility.
Lead cross-functional teamsācontent, graphics, and marketingāto meet deadlines and achieve campaign goals.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with creative problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in managing major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Experience in client relationship management and customer engagement.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills \& Qualifications
Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Certification in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
