Key Responsibilities
Own and develop the strategy, vision, and roadmap for FX trade execution and liquidity aggregation platforms, ensuring alignment with market trends and client needs.
Collaborate with trading, technology, operations, sales, and compliance teams to deliver innovative eFX capabilities and scalable solutions.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and enhance product differentiation, tracking developments in global FX markets.
Gather and prioritize product requirements, create detailed specifications, and work with engineering teams in agile environments to execute delivery.
Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and provide secure, compliant solutions to institutional clients.
Drive client engagement by interfacing directly with key customers, understanding workflows, and incorporating feedback into product enhancements.
Monitor product KPIs, market adoption, user experience, and profitability, using insights to optimize product evolution.
Qualifications:
Experience in product management, FX trading technology, liquidity aggregation, or a relevant fintech environment.
Deep understanding of FX markets, eFX platforms, pricing engines, and electronic trading workflows.
Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional, global teams and strong stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance aspects impacting electronic financial products
