Front-End Developer (React) – AI-Augmented Development

We’re partnering with a high-performing technology company looking for a

Front-End Developer with strong React expertise

who is comfortable working in a modern

AI-augmented development environment

. This role suits someone who understands that the future of software development is not just writing code manually, but

orchestrating AI tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining exceptional code quality

.

You will play a key role in building and refining front-end applications using

React

, while collaborating with a backend engineering team responsible for services built in

.NET

and deployed across

Azure and AWS cloud environments

. You’ll leverage advanced AI development tools such as

Claude and similar LLM coding assistants

to generate, iterate, and optimise code. Success in this role requires someone who can effectively

manage AI-assisted workflows, review AI-generated code at a high standard, and guide automated agents and bots to produce reliable, production-ready software

.

Key Responsibilities

Develop modern, scalable front-end applications using

React and contemporary JavaScript frameworks

Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs managed by a

.NET engineering team

Ensure front-end solutions align with systems running in

Azure and AWS cloud environments

Leverage

AI tools (e.g. Claude and similar coding assistants)

to accelerate development and improve engineering throughput

Conduct

rigorous code reviews

of both human and AI-generated code to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability

Manage and orchestrate AI agents/bots

that assist in generating and refining code

Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers and cloud teams to deliver high-quality user experiences

Continuously refine

AI-assisted development workflows

to improve efficiency and engineering velocity

What We’re Looking For

Strong commercial experience with

React and modern front-end development

Experience integrating front-end applications with

API-driven backend systems

Exposure to

Azure and AWS cloud-based architectures

Demonstrated experience using

AI coding tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or similar

Excellent

code review capability

with strong attention to architecture, performance, and maintainability

Experience

guiding or managing AI-generated development outputs

and automated coding agents

Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working in a

high-performance engineering environment
