Responsibilities and more:
HUMAN Security is seeking a Senior/Principal Product Manager with experience in application security or anti-abuse to lead Enterprise cybersecurity and fraud prevention use cases. This role is responsible for owning and growing products that protect web apps, mobile apps, and APIs from bots, fraud, and agents, driving revenue growth, customer trust, and market differentiation.
This is a hands-on role working closely with product leadership, engineering, go-to-market teams, and customers to bring clarity, momentum, and creativity to the product development process. At HUMAN, Product is a team of entrepreneurial and curious individuals who co-create what comes next. The mission is to keep the internet safe, moving quickly by reviewing, iterating, and learning together to build impactful products.
Responsibilities * Manage the full lifecycle of Sightline Protection products, from requirements definition through launch and adoption.
* Expand the enterprise security footprint by defining strategy, prioritizing the roadmap, and partnering with engineering to deliver high-impact capabilities.
* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create and execute effective go-to-market plans.
* Serve as the subject matter expert for the product area, providing clear guidance to sales, partners, and customers.
* Meet regularly with customers, prospects, and industry leaders to gather insights, validate problems, and promote innovation, including leadership in Agentic AI bot defense.
* Build trusted, collaborative relationships with R\&D teams to translate requirements into valuable product features.
* Support the evolution of product operations across the organization, improving planning, communication, and success measurement.
Requirements * 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, including at least 5 years in cybersecurity (application security, anti-abuse, fraud prevention, or related domains).
* Proven experience building and launching products used by enterprise security teams.
* Demonstrated ability to lead product strategy, manage roadmaps, and deliver revenue-impacting features.
* Strong understanding of web, mobile, and API security fundamentals.
* High proficiency in Agile product management practices and cross-functional delivery.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across engineering, GTM, and leadership teams.
* Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical skills.
* Strong customer orientation and experience engaging directly with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders.
* Must be based in the Eastern Time Zone to ensure collaboration with teams in Tel Aviv.
Desired skills:
* Experience in fraud/abuse mitigation, technical background or software development, and/or exposure to Agentic AI or machine-learning–powered products.
* Knowledge of cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
* Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and architectures.
* Prior experience in a high-growth or late-stage startup environment.
