What you'll do:
You will be leading, developing and engaging our Americas Product Team.
You drive the product development and category management of products in categories such as mattresses and accessories applying a customer-centric and agile approach to your projects.
You will build a strong culture of design and implement best practices for design processes, tools, and methodologies.
Work with cross-functional teams to develop Emma product portfolio from consumer insights to the ready-to-scale product including country teams, marketing, operations, etc. and drive strategic topics forward.
You’ll leverage your proactivity to propose and implement innovative approaches to take us to the next level in product and channel management.
Plan and execute projects to improve design, functionality, and construction of products.
Collaborate across various teams and manage stakeholders effectively and sensitively.
Who we are looking for:
You have university degree in business economics, management engineering, or comparable degree/education.
You are passionate about leading, developing, and engaging people
You are passionate about improving people’s sleep
You have proven ability to work cross-team and to manage multiple stakeholders needs and expectations
You are curious about how great brands, businesses and organizations navigate innovation and design and how to implement it in your work
You are fluent in English
