What You’ll Be Doing

We’re seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer with strong skills in Vue 3, Python, Flask, Docker, and AWS. You’ll design and build scalable web applications, working across both front-end and back-end systems. You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver seamless, high-performance solutions.

You’ll be involved in every phase of delivery - from design and development to deployment and optimisation, and play a key role in enhancing the customer experience through smart, secure software.

What We’re Looking For

You’re a proactive, self-driven developer with at least 3 years’ experience in full-stack development. You’re confident owning your domain, engaging with stakeholders, and mentoring junior developers. You’re organised, curious, and committed to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Build user-facing features using Vue.js, JavaScript, and CSS frameworks

Develop and maintain back-end services using Python (Flask), Docker, and MVC frameworks

Manage relational databases (RDS, Redis) and optimise performance

Design and maintain RESTful APIs and serverless architectures

Deploy and manage applications in AWS (Lambda, Cloud Services, RDS)

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into high-quality code

Use GitHub/GitLab, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines for code and deployment management

Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

3 years + front-end development experience with Vue 3 (Vuetify, Vite, Nuxt), React, JavaScript, and CSS frameworks

Proficient in back-end technologies, including Python (Flask), Docker (local environment), and MVC frameworks

Experience managing and maintaining mature websites or applications

Skilled in estimating requirements, creating mockups, and planning features and improvements

Strong database experience with relational DBs and Redis

Cloud computing expertise in AWS (Lambda, RDS, Cloud Services)

Solid API development skills, including RESTful API design and implementation

Experience with serverless architectures and modern web development frameworks

Comfortable working in Linux-based environments

Proficient in Git/GitLab, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines

UX design experience and familiarity with project management tools (Jira)

Able to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Portfolio or code samples showcasing full-stack expertise is highly desirable
