Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Manager – International Tie-ups to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresher with a passion for sales, relationship-building, and international business development. The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding our global presence by securing partnerships with franchisees, educational institutions, and training providers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation \& Outreach:

Engage with potential clients through LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

Conduct cold calling and email outreach to identify new business opportunities.

Sales \& Business Development:

Develop and execute strategies to expand into new international markets.

Schedule and deliver virtual product presentations to prospective clients.

Effectively address customer inquiries and concerns to drive conversions.

Negotiate terms and close deals with franchisees and educational institutions.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Research \& Reporting:

Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Maintain and update the customer database in the CRM system.

Qualifications \& Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build relationships and engage with international clients.

Basic knowledge of CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus.
