We are partnering with a leading financial services company based in Switzerland to hire an experienced
Full Stack Engineer
to join their growing technology team on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and development of secure, scalable, and high-performance digital platforms within a highly regulated financial environment. You will play a key role in building innovative solutions that directly support core business operations and client-facing services.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications across front-end and back-end layers.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Build and maintain secure APIs and backend services.
Develop responsive, high-quality user interfaces with a strong focus on performance and usability.
Ensure compliance with financial industry standards and security best practices.
Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
Support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure system stability.
Skills \& Experience
Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer in enterprise or financial services environments.
Strong expertise in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
Solid backend development experience (e.g., Node.js, Java, .NET, or similar).
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architectures, and system integrations.
Strong knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git).
Strong understanding of secure coding principles and application security.
Excellent communication skills in English.
