The Role

We’re looking for a mid-level software engineer who’s comfortable working remotely and can jump right into meaningful projects. You’ll work closely with our CTO and product team on building and improving:

Backend services and APIs that power payments and payroll

Scalable, secure systems that integrate with third-party fintech partners

Internal tools and modules that make our platform faster and more reliable

You’ll be part of a lean team where communication matters, deadlines are real, and your ideas will be heard. This is a great fit for someone who likes building things that actually ship and wants to grow with a U.S.-based company that’s scaling fast.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience as a software engineer

Solid skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, or similar backend technologies

Experience working with REST APIs and databases (SQL or NoSQL)

Comfortable working in an agile or fast-moving startup environment

Strong English communication skills — both spoken and written

Someone who takes ownership, meets deadlines, and writes clean, reliable code

Bonus: experience in fintech, payroll, or payment processing
