At Enroute, we’re looking for a QA Automation Engineer passionate about quality, technology, and continuous improvement. You’ll be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, working with global companies and helping ensure top-quality software through manual and automated testing.

Technical Requirements
Programming / Automation
Proficiency in TypeScript
Hands-on experience with Playwright
Familiarity with Selenium and other automation frameworks
Test Design Techniques
Experience with equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, and exploratory testing
API Testing Tools
Experience using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools
SQL
Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data validation and backend testing
Cross-Browser Testing
Strong knowledge of browser/device compatibility testing
Agile Methodologies
Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Defect Management
Skilled in bug tracking, reporting, and prioritization
Regression \& UAT
Strong experience in regression cycles and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Communication
Excellent written and verbal communication for bug reports, documentation, and stakeholder interaction
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases
Apply test design techniques such as equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, and exploratory testing
Perform API testing using Postman, Swagger, or equivalent tools
Collaborate with developers and automation engineers to enhance automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium)
Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure application compatibility
Plan and execute regression testing cycles
Validate backend processes and ensure data integrity through SQL queries
Report, track, and document defects clearly and efficiently
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) alongside business stakeholders
Contribute to requirement analysis, reviewing user stories and acceptance criteria
Participate in Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives
Maintain and continuously improve test documentation and test case management processes
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members
Collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred Skills
Experience with Git or other version control systems
Knowledge of test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
Familiarity with requirement analysis processes
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
