We are seeking a collaborative Trading Operations Expert (m/f/x) who wants to design the best customer experience with our asset optimization and software engineers. As part of our handpicked team of experts, you will
Take part in the onboarding of new flexibility assets, especially battery storage systems
Support customers together with our partners for ancillary services to integrate, prequalify, and onboard flexible assets, like battery storage, for cross-market optimization
Optimize and automate processes
Understand the requirements of each grid operator in terms of nomination format and deadlines
Make sure power is flowing the right way, and all after-trade processes are working
Lead the registration process and technical setup in new markets
Coordinate with other internal communities (asset optimization, IT, finance) to create the best customer experience
And discover and eliminate operational risk
How you fit into the team
You want to participate in the transition to clean energy actively
Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar operational role in short-term power markets
Value excellent team spirit, start-up culture, and creative freedom
Preferably, bring some coding experience
Have a background in either business, IT, natural sciences, or similar
Have good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Are decisive and able to use your own initiative in dealing with operational problems
Are fluent in English, if you speak German and other languages, that’s a plus
Have a detail-oriented and structured way of working coupled with a hands-on mentality
