About the Role
We are seeking a high-impact Lead Product Manager to own and lead the development of our Identity \& Access Management (IAM) Platform, which will power secure onboarding, authentication, authorization, transaction monitoring and fraud risk intelligence.
This role is pivotal in defining the long-term platform vision, driving a multi-year roadmap, and partner closely with engineering, data science, security, and GTM to build a cohesive identity platform that enables trust, compliance, and growth at scale.
You will lead initiatives across identity verification, authentication orchestration, device and telco intelligence, access control frameworks, and adaptive risk scoring. You will also be responsible for aligning product capabilities with regulatory requirements, enterprise customer needs, and modern IAM best practices.
This is a strategic, cross-functional leadership role ideal for a PM who has deep experience in identity, cybersecurity, telco identity, or fraud risk and wants to own a mission-critical platform.
What Youâll Do
Platform Strategy \& Leadership
Define and own the end-to-end IAM platform strategy, covering identity lifecycle, authentication, authorization, risk scoring, and governance.
Build a cohesive multi-year product roadmap aligned to business priorities, partner capabilities, and evolving regulatory landscapes.
Drive the vision for next-generation identity, including device identity, telco-sourced intelligence, passwordless authentication, and adaptive risk-based decisioning.
Translate market signals and customer needs into platform capabilities that accelerate enterprise adoption.
Identity Verification \& Risk Intelligence
Lead development of identity verification and fraud risk intelligence capabilities, evolving from rule-based to AI/ML-powered detection.
Partner with data science teams to build and operationalize risk scoring models, decision engines, and identity reputation frameworks.
Expand integrations with telcos, financial institutions, and strategic partners to deepen platform data coverage.
Authentication \& Access Management
Own the product direction for authentication orchestration (eg. MFA, Number Verify, passkeys, biometrics, adaptive auth).
Design scalable authorization frameworks, including RBAC, ABAC, and policy-based access control.
Oversee token management, session management, and identity federation (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM).
Customer \& Partner Engagement
Engage regularly with customersâbanks, fintechs, telcos, and enterprise partnersâto understand IAM needs, pain points, and evolving fraud vectors.
Partner with GTM, CX, and Solutions Engineering to support enterprise adoption and customer success.
Regulatory \& Compliance Alignment
Ensure platform capabilities comply with major frameworks: FINTRAC, FATF, GDPR, PIPEDA, ISO27001, SOC2, and emerging identity assurance standards.
Maintain alignment with evolving KYC/AML, data privacy, and identity trust frameworks.
What You Bring
Must-Have Skills \& Experience
5â7+ years of product management experience in IAM, cybersecurity, fraud/risk, Digital Trust or identity verification.
Deep familiarity with authentication, identity standards (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, FIDO2), and access control models (RBAC/ABAC).
Strong experience working with data science and ML teams, including model development workflows and feature engineering.
Experience with telco metadata, device intelligence, or behavioral analytics is a major plus.
Domain experience in telecommunications, banking, or fintech.
Experience building platform products used by multiple internal teams and external partners.
What Sets You Apart
Strong product instincts and ability to balance customer needs, security requirements, and UX friction.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for executives and customers.
Proven success in matrixed environments with competing priorities.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder alignment skills
Familiarity with privacy-by-design and secure-by-design principles.
