Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
Full Stack Developer
who can contribute immediately and collaborate closely with a Senior Business Analyst/Architect at RGA. The role requires a strong emphasis on
front-end development with React
, complemented by expertise in
Python for service layer development
and hands-on experience with
Snowflake
as the backend database.
This role focuses on building intuitive UI workflows for user requests, automating service interactions with Snowflake, and integrating with APIs to deliver seamless functionality. Excellent communication skills are critical as you will work directly with stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop responsive, intuitive, and scalable
user interfaces
using React.
Build robust
service layers in Python
to handle business logic and backend processes.
Integrate with
Snowflake
for data access, processing, and retrieval.
Connect with and extend existing APIs to automate user requests and backend operations.
Partner closely with the Sr. Business Analyst/Architect to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Work within an
Agile/Kanban
framework to deliver iterative releases and present completed deliverables.
Ensure code quality through best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Required Skills \& Experience
5+ years
of hands-on software development experience.
Strong expertise in
React.js
(hooks, state management, responsive UI design).
Solid experience in
Python
for backend/service layer development.
Exposure to or solid working knowledge of
Snowflake
(preferred).
Strong experience with
REST API
integration and third-party services.
Proficiency in agile/kanban delivery models.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
