Responsibilities
Design Python-based AI applications utilizing large language models
Develop and debug AI software components to ensure high performance
Engineer prompts and workflows to optimize LLM behaviors
Build and maintain REST APIs integrating AI functionalities
Research and evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
Stay updated with advancements in AI and implement new techniques
Support internal and external AI initiatives such as chatbot assistants and automation
Operate autonomously with strong ownership of deliverables
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Requirements
Hands-on experience in Python application development and debugging with 2+ years
Strong expertise in prompt engineering and LLM behavior tuning
Deep knowledge of large language model architectures and use cases
Proficiency with Pydantic for data validation and settings management
Practical experience with AI frameworks like LangChain or similar
Familiarity with AI-powered engineering assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Gemini CLI
Experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure components
Experience working in agile, project-based environments
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2)
Nice to have
Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier
