We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our Customer Success and Support (CSS) Data Engineering team, building world-class data solutions and applications that power crucial decisions throughout the organization.

Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support to Data Science teams
Build and maintain tables for data storage and analytics
Review and address incoming support tickets with minimal direct interaction
Receive mentorship from experienced team members
Develop datamarts and create distinct data models for analytical use
Participate in sprint cycles and deliver on Data Scientist requirements by quarter’s end
Respond to ad-hoc requests and offer on-call support as needed
Construct data ingestion pipelines as part of project work
Publish clear and helpful documentation to enable effective use of data resources
Operate in a 12/5 support mode to ensure consistent coverage
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
At least 3 years of relevant experience in data engineering
Advanced proficiency in SQL
Extensive experience with Databricks SQL
Deep knowledge of Spark
Skilled in Python, including PySpark and working with Airflow
Background in data integration and modeling
Familiarity with big data concepts, AWS suite, and Airflow
Experience in data modeling and working with REST APIs
Understanding of ETL processes and pipeline construction
Strong team player with excellent communication and documentation abilities
Experience collaborating within customer teams
Willingness to accept and act on constructive feedback
Eagerness to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing requirements
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, at a B2+ level or higher
