We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to develop and sustain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure. This role involves a balance of 70% operations and 30% development, focusing on system modernization, cloud migration support, and delivering advanced technology services. Responsibilities
Engage in a dual-role with 70% focus on operations and 30% on development, shifting as needed
Migrate Docker images and related dependencies from GCR to Artifact Registry
Implement updates for Docker images and application dependencies
Identify and fix security vulnerabilities in Python applications
Audit and adjust cloud service permissions using Terraform and Terragrunt
Support cloud migration from GCP to AWS and disaster recovery plans
Coordinate with teams to enhance infrastructure scalability, reliability, and efficiency
Requirements
3+ years of experience in production-level DevOps operations
Proficient in Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) and AWS
Experienced with Docker and Kubernetes technologies
Skilled in Python programming
Knowledge of authentication systems with experience in Azure B2C CIAM migrations
Familiar with Azure Active Directory B2C
Strong communication skills with a collaborative and self-driven attitude
English proficiency at B2 level for effective communication and documentation
Nice to have
Academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical fields
Familiar with AWS CloudFormation, SOC2, Jenkins, Terraform, Terragrunt, Helm, and Elasticsearch
Experience managing backups and restores of PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch clusters
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot AWS service-to-service communication
Experience with Google Cloud Platform
