We are looking for a seasoned Chief Frontend Developer to join our team focused on designing, implementing, and driving innovation in critical software systems for Data Center logistics and supply chain management. You will oversee a skilled team, foster strategic collaboration with US-based client executives, and make impactful contributions to the architecture of a high-performance platform.

Responsibilities
Oversee and empower a team of 4-5 developers to navigate advanced technical challenges
Partner with US-based client executives to align on long-term strategies and goals
Act as the main representative for technical discussions with senior client leadership and product owners
Deliver value as an expert software engineer through technical contributions and high-level code review
Define and guide architectural vision while providing high-level estimates for complex deliverables
Ensure successful project execution by managing resources, dependencies, and milestones effectively
Facilitate transparent updates on team performance, capacity, and roadmap progress to stakeholders
Address advanced technical and organizational challenges with proactive and strategic solutions
Uphold and advance a culture of excellence, coding standards, and continuous improvement
Supervise the transition and optimization of current systems until full deployment of new solutions
Develop initiatives to enhance team expertise, scalability, and alignment with evolving business needs
Requirements
Extensive professional experience of 7+ years in designing, building, and managing full-cycle software solutions
Deep, practical expertise in Angular development for over 7 years, including advanced features
Significant track record of 2+ years managing and mentoring software development teams
Proven competence in collaborating with senior client stakeholders and executives
Exceptional ability to navigate and resolve large-scale, complex system challenges
Outstanding self-direction with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
Proficiency in English at an advanced level (C1 or higher)
Nice to have
Expertise in Google Cloud Platform
Experience working with Google Cloud Spanner database systems
Comprehensive understanding of Google Guice dependency injection framework
Advanced knowledge of Guava libraries for Java
Hands-on experience with Protocol Buffers and serialization methods
