Responsibilities
Develop and integrate software across the entire system implementation lifecycle
Design and recommend architectural solutions for delivered components
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product managers to create scalable platforms
Engage directly with clients to gather and fulfill requirements
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
Ensure software quality through testing and code reviews
Organize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
Support and maintain existing software applications
Optimize software performance and scalability
Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends
Mentor junior developers and foster knowledge sharing
Participate actively in team planning and agile ceremonies
Document software designs and development workflows
Identify and resolve software defects and issues
Requirements
Extensive experience developing and integrating software through full system lifecycles
Over 7 years of practical Java development experience
Proficiency with JUnit and Mockito testing frameworks
Strong skills in SQL and database integration
Familiarity with Git or other version control tools
Excellent English communication skills including client interaction
Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience designing scalable and high-performance platforms
Capability to work independently within a self-managed team
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience in software support and maintenance
Knowledge of software design patterns and best practices
Skill in mentoring and guiding junior team members
Nice to have
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
Familiarity with Google Guice framework
Experience working with Protocol Buffers
Understanding of Guava library
