We are seeking a Lead Frontend Developer to join our team focused on building and maintaining critical software systems for Data Center logistics and supply chain management. You will lead a small team, collaborate directly with US-based client stakeholders, and contribute hands-on to a high-performance platform development.

Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of 4-5 developers to overcome technical obstacles
Collaborate closely with US-based client stakeholders to align project goals
Serve as the primary point of contact for the team in meetings with client management and product owners
Contribute as an advanced-level software engineer by writing and reviewing code
Propose design and architectural solutions with high-level estimates for deliverables
Manage project timelines and ensure on-time quality delivery
Facilitate communication and reporting on team performance and workload planning
Analyze and break down complex problems independently
Promote best practices and coding standards within the team
Coordinate support and maintenance of current-generation systems until switchover
Encourage team growth and skill development to cover increasing project scope
Requirements
Extensive experience of 5+ years developing and integrating software through full system implementation life-cycles
Strong hands-on experience with Angular for over 5 years
Proven leadership experience of at least 1 year leading a software development team
Demonstrated experience in direct client communication and reporting
Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze and resolve issues independently
Effective self-management and strong prioritization abilities
Upper-Intermediate or higher English language proficiency (B2)
Nice to have
Experience with Google Cloud Platform technologies
Familiarity with Google Cloud Spanner database
Knowledge of Google Guice dependency injection framework
Understanding of Guava libraries
Experience with Protocol Buffers serialization
