Responsibilities
Develop and integrate software through full system implementation life-cycles
Design and propose architecture for delivered components
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product managers to build scalable platforms
Communicate directly with clients to understand and deliver requirements
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
Ensure software quality through testing and code reviews
Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
Support and maintain existing software systems
Optimize software for performance and scalability
Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends
Mentor junior developers and share knowledge
Participate in team planning and agile ceremonies
Document software designs and development processes
Identify and resolve software defects and issues
Requirements
Strong experience developing and integrating software through full system implementation life-cycles
5+ years of hands-on Java development experience
Experience with JUnit and Mockito for testing
Proficiency with SQL and database integration
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
Excellent English communication skills with client-facing experience
Self-management and strong prioritization skills
Experience in designing scalable and high-performance platforms
Ability to work autonomously in a self-governing team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with software support and maintenance
Knowledge of software design patterns and best practices
Ability to mentor and guide junior team members
Nice to have
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
Familiarity with Google Guice
