Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain observability pipelines and tooling using OpenTelemetry, Golang, and AWS
Build and manage CI/CD job templates for automated functional testing across APIs and Web technologies
Collaborate with tech leads, managers, and SDETs to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize work
Implement and customize CI/CD templates, configure test infrastructure, and validate integrations
Lead planning, estimation, task assignment, and progress tracking for engineering deliverables
Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams
Adapt to evolving project scopes and technology frameworks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Address technical debt and support ongoing maintenance and upgrades of observability systems
Requirements
3+ years of experience in software engineering with strong proficiency in Golang and/or Python
Hands-on experience with AWS in production environments
Strong grasp of the AWS Well-Architected Framework and cloud-native design principles
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
Familiarity with orchestration tools like Kubernetes
Solid foundation in software development best practices including unit/integration testing, code reviews, and CI/CD
Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and skillsets
Adaptable team player with strong communication skills
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
Scripting experience with Bash or PowerShell
Understanding of observability concepts and experience with Grafana, New Relic, or Datadog
Front-end development exposure with JavaScript, TypeScript, or React
Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Spinnaker
