We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our Windows-based environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong DevOps mindset, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for automating manual processes to improve efficiency and system reliability.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jenkins
Monitor system performance and health using tools like New Relic and Sensu
Write and maintain scripts using Windows Batch scripting, PowerShell, and YAML
Oversee system configurations and deployments through SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
Ensure effective administration of Windows Server 2022 environments
Manage and optimize VMware configurations and operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate manual workflows and enhance system reliability
Document processes, best practices, and solutions in a clear and detailed manner
Lead incident response efforts for critical system issues
Ensure compliance with security and quality standards across systems and processes
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role within a Windows environment
Strong expertise in Windows Server 2022 administration and VMware management
Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline development
Experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic and Sensu
Advanced scripting skills in Windows Batch, PowerShell, and YAML
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
Fluent in English, with a B2+ level or higher
