We are looking for a Senior JavaScript Developer (AWS) to join our team and play a key role in transforming our eProcurement shopping platform.
This position will involve enhancing Marketplace-to-Marketplace integrations, improving APIs, and transitioning from a legacy Hybris framework to a modern, cloud-native microservices architecture. If you are passionate about delivering scalable and innovative solutions, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
Enhance testing processes to support quality assurance efforts
Identify, document, and address defects to ensure high-quality deliverables
Contribute to development activities, including hands-on coding and architecture design
Review code to maintain high standards and ensure alignment with best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scalable and maintainable solutions
Mentor and guide new team members as the team grows
Implement and support continuous integration and delivery practices
Conduct both automated and manual testing to ensure stability during the modernization process
Drive early and ongoing testing to reduce risks and improve stability throughout the development lifecycle
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development
Strong expertise in JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React 18 and Next.js
Experience working with REST APIs and microservices
Solid understanding of AWS services and DevOps practices
Proven ability to lead technically and communicate effectively with team members
Basic understanding of backend and API-focused testing approaches
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2+ level or higher
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with SAP Hybris
Background in high-scale commerce or enterprise data platforms
Interest or experience in modernizing legacy systems and improving testing frameworks
Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
Frontend experience with Redux and TypeScript
