Responsibilities
Design software solutions to meet user requirements
Test and develop software components to ensure quality
Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs efficiently
Build and support SaaS products as an active team member
Collaborate with Product Management, Customer Service, and Design teams
Communicate effectively with users and technical teams to collect requirements
Provide accurate task estimates and meet production deadlines
Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing
Maintain documentation for software components
Requirements
JavaScript experience of 3+ years, including async/await, Promises and array \& object methods
Experience with modern client JavaScript frameworks, preferably React
Proven track record in building complex web systems delivered to clients
Strong communication skills to interact with users, technical teams and management
Professional experience in software development, ideally supported by a degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering
Ability to collect requirements, identify tasks and provide estimates
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Team player with openness to give and receive constructive feedback
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
Backend development experience with Node.js and API design
Hands-on experience with databases
Experience with Python programming
Ability to conduct self-sufficient testing without a dedicated QA team
Experience in legal technology
