Job Description – Junior Full Stack Developer

Job Purpose

The Junior Full Stack Developer contributes to the design, development, and maintenance of internal business applications used across Epiroc. The role supports product teams in building secure, scalable, and user‑friendly digital solutions for sourcing applications and collaborates closely with senior developers to ensure high‑quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

Develop and maintain web applications across the full stack using modern frameworks and tools.

Implement front‑end features using build tooling such as Vite, Webpack, Angular CLI, or React build pipelines (proficiency in at least one required).

Build and maintain ASP.NET / C# back‑end services and REST APIs.

Security \& Identity

Integrate secure authentication and authorization using Azure AD / SSO (OAuth2/OIDC, tokens, scopes, consent).

Cloud \& DevOps

Contribute to application and infrastructure automation using Azure and Infrastructure‑as‑Code practices.

Agile Collaboration

Participate in Jira Sprints, daily standups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.

Work proactively, manage time effectively, and keep stakeholders informed.

Teamwork \& Learning

Collaborate through pair‑programming and code reviews.

Seek guidance from Senior Developers and remain open to continuous learning and feedback.

Experience

Required Qualifications

2–3 years of hands‑on software development in a full‑stack or front‑end focused role.

Technical Skills

Frontend build tooling: Vite, Webpack, Angular CLI, React (at least one required; familiarity with several is a plus).

Back‑end: ASP.NET / C#, REST API development.

Authentication \& Authorization: Azure AD / SSO, OAuth2/OIDC.

Exposure to Azure and Infrastructure‑as‑Code concepts.

Knowledge of API \& EDI Integrations is advantageous

Methodology \& Tools

Working knowledge of Jira, Agile/Scrum ways of working.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Ability to work independently with accurate time management.

Curiosity, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
