Key Contributions
Primarily responsible for the front-end research and development of products, including the design, implementation, and optimization of user interfaces
Drive technical decisions, review code, and promote best practices in development and architecture
Utilize relevant tools and platforms to address user experience challenges, integrate complex business logic, and deliver business solutions efficiently
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs, define technical requirements, and contribute to system architecture design and development
Conduct research on emerging technologies and evaluate leading industry products to drive continuous improvement in user experience and overall product quality
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
Lead big projects from end-to-end and mentor/guide team members in

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Development or related fields
Must-have:
At least 7 years of experience in Front-end development, proficient in Reactjs and React Native related stacks
Well-informed on current trends and developments in the technology industry
At least upper-intermediate English communication is a must
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Extensive front-end experience leading or independently delivering large-scale modules or systems, and strong architecture expertise
Nice-to-have:
Experienced in NodeJS or other back-end development
Hands-on experience in mini-programs
Experience in international projects or contributions to open-source communities
