Here’s what you need to know about this position:
THE WORK* Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for design, creative, and supporting technical roles.
Source, screen, and engage top talent using creative outreach and storytelling.
Build and maintain strong pipelines for design and creative roles, including Product, UX/UI, Brand, and other visual/digital positions.
Keep pipelines for technical and data roles, like Frontend, Backend, DevOps, Data Analysts, and ML/AI Engineers, as needed.
Make sure candidates have a smooth, transparent, and enjoyable experience from first contact to offer.
Track metrics and collaborate with the talent team to support hiring goals.
Bring hiring plans to life by executing recruitment strategies and continuously improving candidate engagement.
NEEDED EXPERTISE* 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on creative and design roles.
Passion for finding amazing talent in design, UX/UI, Brand, and creative disciplines, with some experience in tech or data roles.
Hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Behance, Dribbble, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships across teams.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple roles at the same time.
Experience in startups, digital agencies, or creative environments is a plus.
Familiarity with ATS platforms.
