What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (preferably AEM as a Cloud Service).
Strong expertise in: OSGi, Sling models, JCR / Oak, AEM Components (Core Components \& custom development), Dispatcher configurations, AEM workflows and permissions
Strong background in Java and architectural patterns.
Experience designing RESTful integrations, APIs, and microservices.
Familiarity with headless CMS capabilities (Content Fragments, GraphQL).
DevOps understanding: Git, Maven, Cloud Manager, CI/CD.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Edge Delivery Services (EDS).
Frontend familiarity (React, Angular, TypeScript).
Experience in regulated or enterprise environments (insurance, banking, telecom).

What You’ll Do:
Define and lead the technical architecture of the new website on AEM.
Design scalable and modular AEM solutions following Adobe and industry best practices.
Provide guidance on content architecture, component design, workflows, OSGi bundles, integrations, and deployment patterns.
Collaborate closely with project leadership, UX teams, and developers.
Support migration strategies from legacy systems to AEM.
Mentor developers and ensure code quality and architectural consistency.
Contribute to DevOps alignment, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment strategies.
