Product Manager

Summary

As the Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving growth and profitability across Siniat’s metal category. You’ll leverage our manufacturing capacity, optimise product mix, and deliver differentiated, value‑added solutions for customers.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, Supply Chain and global innovation teams, you’ll help position Siniat as the preferred partner for distributors and contractors across Australia.What you'll do

Build deep customer insight through market research, site visits and engagement with installers and sales teams.

Monitor competitor activity, market trends, regulations and emerging technologies.

Identify opportunities to improve product performance, cost efficiency and portfolio mix.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and global platform teams to deliver aligned product strategies.

Support new product development with local and global technical teams.

Drive installation training and best‑practice sharing across the business.What you'll bring

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop and execute product strategy.

3 + years experience managing B2B technical product portfolios (metal framing or plasterboard experience desirable).

Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence without authority.

Strong project management capability — organised, structured and delivery‑focused.

A collaborative mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally.
