SCOPE OVERVIEW
Develop and maintain Python-based workflows to support bank reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and other key financial control processes.
Build automated data pipelines and reconciliation models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and auditability of financial reporting.
Design and enhance tools for financial data validation, exception management, and dashboard generation.
Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Business teams to translate reconciliation needs into scalable, automated solutions.
Continuously improve existing scripts and processes to strengthen controls and reduce manual effort.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Degree in Actuarial Science, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or other quantitative fields.
Strong hands-on experience in Python for data processing, reconciliation, automation, and scripting (mandatory).
Working knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Access, VBA, or similar technologies is an advantage.
Familiarity with financial statements, accounting concepts, and reconciliation processes preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication and presentation abilities to engage non-technical stakeholders.
