The Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Full Stack .NET Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of web applications across the full technology stack — including front-end interfaces, business logic, and database layers — using the .NET platform and related technologies.
What You'll Do:
Develop, test, and maintain web applications using C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, and other modern tools and frameworks.
Participate actively in code reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality.
Collaborate with senior developers, product managers, designers, and clients to gather requirements and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing applications; provide ongoing technical support.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
Design and implement automated tests to ensure application reliability and performance.
Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends; share insights and learnings with the team.
Gain a deep understanding of our software products, including their value proposition and business impact for customers.
Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
Uphold and promote our core values and contribute positively to our team culture.
What You'll Need:
1–3 years of experience developing and deploying production-grade web applications (preferred).
Diploma or associate degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Willingness to learn from feedback and take direction from senior team members.
Basic understanding of web security principles (e.g., can explain XSRF and SQL injection).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This position will be hybrid 3x a week in our Oakville, ON office.
