Weâre now looking for an experienced manager to take it to the next level â treating the site like a product, running it end-to-end, and making sure every click, cart, and checkout counts. Whether youâve been an eCommerce Manager at a D2C brand or a Product Manager in a larger tech or consumer business, youâll bring a product mindset to growth.
This isnât about just âkeeping Shopify tidy.â Itâs about pushing our devs to deliver more, running CRO experiments weekly, and constantly spinning up projects â from homepage redesigns to SEO audits to new subscription flows. If youâre the kind of operator who spots friction in a funnel and fixes it before anyone else sees it, this is your seat.
About The Role
Youâll own our ecommerce machine â
Shopify Plus + Recharge + GA4 + app stack
â and make sure itâs always improving and evolving to reflect the latest and greatest techniques and enablers.
That means:
Managing developers: briefing clearly, challenging assumptions, and ensuring we get maximum value
Proactively spotting opportunities and implementing from front end to back end: page optimisations, app integrations, subscriber dashboard experience, logistics execution
Driving CRO: A/B testing landing pages, sign-up flows, offers, and checkout.
Partnering with Marketing and Creative to align paid traffic with high-converting site experiences.
Partnering with Ops to ensure inventory, offers, logistics and site experience are perfectly in sync.
Reporting on site performance, CVR, AOV, LTV, churn, and revenue directly to leadership.
This role is about
constant motion
â always building, testing, and optimising.
About You
3-5 years in ecommerce or product management, ideally in D2C or subscription-based brands.
Technical fluency: comfortable with Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics.
Proven experience managing offshore developers, UX/UI partners, and agencies.
Track record of running multiple ecommerce projects in parallel and delivering outcomes.
Hands-on with CRO, merchandising, and landing page builds.
Familiar with subscription platforms (Recharge) and retention mechanics.
Strong with analytics (GA4, Triple Whale, GTM) and data-led decision making.
Analytical, commercial, and detail-oriented â you link site changes â growth.
Proactive operator: you donât wait for problems, you hunt opportunities.
Bonus points if youâre that rare unicorn with deeper full-stack development skills
â someone who can jump in and troubleshoot or ship quick fixes when it counts, whether front or back end.
