About the RoleAs a Product Manager, you will take a leadership role in defining, refining, and delivering product solutions across Event Temple’s Sales \& Catering platform.
You will own meaningful problem spaces within the product—working directly with customers, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to decide what to build, why it matters, and how success is measured. This role combines strategic product thinking with hands-on execution and is not limited to backlog or delivery management.
This is a remote role open to candidates based in Nova Scotia, Canada.

Engage Directly with Customers: Conduct discovery, research, and validation to ensure we’re solving real, high-impact problems
Shape Solutions Hands-On: Contribute to solution design through specs, workflows, prototypes, and experimentation
Leverage Data \& Insights: Track product performance, define success metrics, and iterate based on outcomes
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies (including AI) to inform product direction
Requirements3+ years of experience in product management or a closely related product role
Experience working on B2B SaaS products; hospitality, CRM, or workflow-heavy systems are a strong asset
Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to deeply understand user workflows
Experience owning problem spaces from discovery through delivery and iteration
Ability to define and prioritize opportunities aligned with customer and business outcomes
Proven ability to ship high-quality solutions with cross-functional teams
Solid understanding of software development processes and technical trade-offs
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice to Have
Direct experience in hospitality, event tech, or sales \& catering systems
Exposure to AI-powered or automation-driven product features
Execution discipline: experience coordinating timelines and dependencies while remaining product-led
Experience in a fast-growing or startup SaaS environment
