Work cross-functionally to manage project constraints or bottlenecks, escalate, when necessary, anticipate trade-offs, and balance business needs with technical limitations.

Review client and tender requirements, clarifying the feasibility of requested features in collaboration with internal and central teams.

Support sales and operational teams by providing functional and technical input when creating offers.

Act as the key training liaison, receiving updates and training from the central German Product team and cascading knowledge to the local organization.
