Reporting to the Head of Product / SVP of Engineering, this is a key role scaling, streamlining and leading our product and engineering operations across our teams in Serbia, Romania and globally. The role will ensure organizational alignment and operational excellence to support Everseenâs growth as a leading provider ofinnovative solutions across our Vision AI platform.
You will lead a small team that will work closely with our Product Management, Engineering, and Research departments. Your key objectives are the development of mature processes, tools for data-driven insights, and effective cross functional collaboration. You will also engage with Everseenâs senior leaders to promote and report the scalable operations strategy and operational excellence programs across the product and engineering teams.

What you'll do
Design and implement scalable operational frameworks, under-pinned by continuous improvement initiatives, to support product, engineering and research teams and align to the product lifecycle.
Establish, refine, and maintain effective processes to support the Product Managers in portfolio and roadmap planning, the Project Managers in release planning and execution, and the Engineers in on-time, quality deliveries.
Leverage the Everseen tools, and promote new tools, to provide business analytics and collaboration for product management and product development.
Data driven decision making is key for this role. Define and track KPIs related to customer adoption and trends, engineering activities, product delivery and operational health.
Lead complex, cross-functional programs that span geographically dispersed teams across the full Everseen suite of solutions. Track, manage and mitigate for risks and milestones and ensure timely delivery of releases.
Champion operational excellence and coordinate, collaborate and communicate across engineering (DevOps, QA and full stack engineers), product, research, operations (customer delivery) and wider internal and external stakeholders.
Support change management and adoption of new tools, processes, and organizational structures. Identify opportunities for automation and integration to reduce manual overhead.
Collaborating With
You will be leading a small team that works alongside our experienced teams of product managers, full stack engineers, DevOps engineers, QA engineers, research scientists and more broadly with our field delivery operations teams as well as externally with our customers.
Profile \& Skills
10+ years' experience in a technical or software development based role with at least 5 years in product or engineering operations.
3+ yearsâ people management experience
A strategic approach to operations and system thinking. Demonstrated experience of leading and championing operational excellence across a scaling organization.
Strong communication skills are required along with building and maintaining successful relationships with stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills are key, experience of working within a changing technical landscape and cutting through ambiguity is a must for this role.
Balance of operational expertise, strong leadership, and a customer-focused, data-driven approach. Project management skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and an analytical mindset to guide teams and processes effectively
Demonstrated process leadership experience and an ability to bring rapid consensus across teams on differing solutions to process challenges.
A keen customer focus is required, our customers impact everything we do! An ability to place the customer front and centre and build operations to reflect their journey is key.
Demonstrated experience of working with distributed teams across engineering and product functions.
PMI-ACP Agile Certified and a string understanding of Agile, Scrum and DevOps practices
Experience of working within an edge computing, cloud infrastructure or SaaS environment.
Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Product Management, or a related field.
