To support our Service Delivery Leads (SDLs), we are looking for a Project Lead to take ownership of the RUN phase of customer environments within Observability \& Security.
As Project Lead, you are responsible for the operational stability and success of our client engagements. You oversee a portfolio of projects and serve as the primary link between technical engineering teams and strategic business targets
What do you do as an Project Lead at Evolane?
You hold primary responsibility for several client projects and services, closely monitoring progress, quality, SLAs, and deliverables.
You take ownership of the RUN phase of customer environments and ensure continuity, stability, and predictability.
You are the primary point of contact for the customer and build a strong professional relationship through proactive communication and clear expectation management.
You are responsible for the detailed planning of resources and tasks, and switch smoothly between different projects and priorities.
You facilitate a smooth collaboration between:

Internal technical teams
-
Service Delivery Leads (SDLs)

Stakeholders at the customer
You understand substantively what engineers are working on and can correctly assess and translate technical context.
You proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, or scope deviations and take timely action.
You report internally on:

Project and service status
-
Budgets
-
Resource utilization (occupancy rate)
-
Operational risks
You actively contribute to optimizing internal processes and methodologies, including within HaloPSA and Confluence.
What do we expect from you?
You have a strong technical background in at least one of the following domains:
-
infrastructuur
-
development
-
DevOps / platform engineering
You are not a pure project manager: you understand the technical side, can follow engineers substantively, and ask the right questions.
Knowledge of Observability and/or Security is a strong asset.
You have demonstrable experience in project and/or service delivery management.
You are familiar with project management methodologies; a PRINCE2 or ITIL certification is a clear plus.
You maintain an agile mindset and work iteratively, pragmatically, and transparently.
You are organizationally strong and maintain an overview, even when pressure increases.
You can effortlessly switch context between different customers and projects.
You are a highly strong communicator and translate technical complexity into clear business updates.
You take ownership, think ahead, and actively look for improvements.
You are a team player who knows how to align and motivate colleagues and customers.
You have a perfect knowledge of Dutch.
A good knowledge of English is required; French is a plus point.
