For this role, you will join a healthcare technology platform where Salesforce is a core system, deeply integrated with cloud services and data pipelines.
What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain advanced Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
Build and maintain secure integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
Lead and support data integrations and migrations from external systems into Salesforce.
Implement asynchronous processing (Batch, Future, Queueable Apex) to handle high data volumes and platform limits.
Work with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure clean, repeatable deployments.
Collaborate with backend, data, and cloud teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
Apply software engineering best practices including clean code, testing, documentation, and code reviews.
Contribute to architectural decisions, technical standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex and LWC).
Strong experience with Salesforce integrations and external systems.
Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, large data volumes, and migration strategies.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (Salesforce DX, Git, automation).
Strong testing mindset with Apex unit tests and coverage strategies.
Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly and collaborate cross-functionally.
Advanced English proficiency (C1).
Nice to Have
Experience with ETL tools, data warehouses, or large-scale data migration projects.
Exposure to AWS or cloud-based architectures integrated with Salesforce.
Experience with Service Cloud Voice, Omni-Channel, or contact center solutions.
Salesforce certifications (Developer or Architect tracks).
