Overview
We are partnering with a leading financial institution to hire a Full Stack Developer. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to front-office workflows, modern development frameworks, and direct interaction with sales and trading teams.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with trading desks to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Python (backend) and React (frontend).
Troubleshoot code issues and implement practical, value-added solutions.
Document applications and support testing processes.
Assist in modernizing Excel-based tools into scalable, industrialized solutions.
Contribute ideas for process improvements and application performance enhancements.
Required Skills \& Experience
Basic programming experience in Object-Oriented Programming (Python preferred).
Familiarity or interest in React or other modern frontend frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently with guidance, and collaboratively as part of a team.
Background in Finance is a plus
Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, VBA, or event-driven architecture is a plus.
Compensation \& Benefits
Base salary: $100,000 – $130,000 (based on experience and seniority)
401(k) with 3% base contribution
