Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 application support, including log analysis, issue debugging,and root cause analysis.
Monitor application performance, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure high system availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve infrastructure, database, and application-level issues.
Handle incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL best practices.
Support UAT and production deployments, ensuring smooth go-live transitions and post-production stability.
Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for data validation and reporting.
Participate in disaster recovery (DR) drills, security audits, and compliance checks.
Coordinate with multiple vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Propose and implement system/process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
Requirements:
Skilled in debugging, automation, and integration troubleshooting across REST/SOAP APIs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to issue management.
Experienced in ITIL-aligned operations, AWS services, and DevOps tools.

Should be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment and willing to work in rotational shifts.
