We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our B2B and B2C sales strategies, drive expansion into new markets, and build high-performing sales processes aligned with global best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting multi-channel growth
Manage key supplier relationships across globe to ensure product availability, margin control, and market fit.
Oversee high-value contract negotiations and compliance in logistics and pricing frameworks.
Collaborate with digital marketing, operations, and finance to integrate omnichannel customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
Proven experience managing international supplier relationships
Strong understanding of global retail trends, pricing dynamics, and trade regulations.
Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English.
